No Secrets Policy
Working with couples and family systems is one of my biggest passions. You have the relationship alive in front of you to be able to address or work through issues in the moment.
It is important to share that I do not have a preconceived notion of how each couple or family should look like or function; but, weather you been together forever or just getting it started, I do believe that couples and families require work. Each system has its own way of functioning based on its members and their history, and it is normal to go through periods that might challenge them or even require to change the way things are run.

If you are here to work or improve an aspect of your family life, it’s important for all to understand my perspective on families. I believe that . I will work to understand each of you and make sure that you feel heard and understood. I will not take any sides in a conflict, nor ally with one or the other. It is important to explore conflicts openly, honestly, and thoroughly. Once your goals are established, I will work diligently to support you in achieving them, whatever they may be. Second, you are entrusting me to use my professional judgment as it relates to individual confidences. My No Secrets Policy means that anything you communicate to me individually by phone, email, or any other means may be important to bring up and work on in a couples/family therapy session, and I reserve the right (but not the obligation) to do so.
